Happy New Year: December 31

This morning I had my usual two pop tarts, then for lunch I had a bowl of soup. Then went to the gym and worked out--burned 600 cals. For supper I had bratwurst.

December 30

Today was good. For breakfast I had two pop tarts and for lunch a sandwich. For supper I had hot wings and twice baked potatoes. I didn’t make it to the gym today but I was quite active and got a good bit of exercise.

December 29

Today wasn’t that good. Today wasn’t that big of a success, I did go to the gym and do around an hour on various machines. Tomorrow want be that successful either, cake and ice cream with the family but moderation. For breakfast I had my usual 2 pop tarts and lunch I had leftovers from last night and dinner was bad a sampler plate at the olive garden.

December 28

Today was a success!!! This morning for breakfast I had a pop tart. After breakfast I went to the gym, I did 20 mins on the treadmill, 20 mins on the bicycle and 10 mins on the elliptical and 10 mins on various weight machines. The best advice I can give about using a weight machine is that not to overdo it. For lunch I had a sandwich and for dinner I had 2 wraps similar to McDonald’s snack wrap but homemade.

December 27

For breakfast this morning I yet again had my usual of 2 pop tarts, for lunch I had a salad and for dinner I had..... a salad. This morning I weighed in at 287 lbs. I also went to the "Y" today I didn’t do anything on a fitness machine but i did play racquet ball for an hour and not being good at it, it was defiantly a work out.

December 26 supper

For Supper this evening I had 2 grilled cheese sandwiches (the un-crustable kind) I know it sounds bad but they are only 160 cal. so all in all it wasn't too terribly bad, and a bowl of vegetable soup. Tomorrow I will weigh and give an updated total of my weight. It will probably seem like a big drop but its just the beginning. As a reflection on today’s progress, I believe that today was a success my "Y" membership begins tomorrow so I plan to go there for an Hour. I intend on working out about an hour 40 min. of cardio and 20 min. of weight lifting. I hope all goes well, I am going out to eat lunch tomorrow and that will be a struggle finding something that will not blow my diet. Good luck!

My Own Weight Loss Challenge:
December 25, 2006
I will begin this blog by introducing myself to you. My name William, I live in South Carolina over the past years I have been in a constant struggle with my weight. Right now I weigh 292 pounds. Tomorrow I will begin by posting everything that I eat and all the exercise I do. I am joining the "Y" and hope that this doesn’t end up like many New Years Resolution do.
