December 26 supper

For Supper this evening I had 2 grilled cheese sandwiches (the un-crustable kind) I know it sounds bad but they are only 160 cal. so all in all it wasn't too terribly bad, and a bowl of vegetable soup. Tomorrow I will weigh and give an updated total of my weight. It will probably seem like a big drop but its just the beginning. As a reflection on today’s progress, I believe that today was a success my "Y" membership begins tomorrow so I plan to go there for an Hour. I intend on working out about an hour 40 min. of cardio and 20 min. of weight lifting. I hope all goes well, I am going out to eat lunch tomorrow and that will be a struggle finding something that will not blow my diet. Good luck!
