For breakfast this morning I yet again had my usual of 2 pop tarts, for lunch I had a salad and for dinner I had..... a salad. This morning I weighed in at 287 lbs. I also went to the "Y" today I didn’t do anything on a fitness machine but i did play racquet ball for an hour and not being good at it, it was defiantly a work out.
