Today was a success!!! This morning for breakfast I had a pop tart. After breakfast I went to the gym, I did 20 mins on the treadmill, 20 mins on the bicycle and 10 mins on the elliptical and 10 mins on various weight machines. The best advice I can give about using a weight machine is that not to overdo it. For lunch I had a sandwich and for dinner I had 2 wraps similar to McDonald’s snack wrap but homemade.
